March 2025 Round Up

At the tail end of last month we launched Aketon, the one-page RPG inspired by Chainmail. Over the course of March we have launched three new supplements for Aketon for more player options, GM tools, and treasure tables. All for free!

Each of the thumbnails below are linked so click the one your missing! Don’t forget to leave a rating and comment:

The next Aketon supplement coming down the pipeline is Priestly Prayers. It includes 50 Priest spells with the partial and full effects as well as the significant and total backlash effects, all situated onto a random table so you can roll up your spells. This will also be for free, of course.

I’ve kept the blog going through March, moving to an every Monday/Friday at 9AM schedule. Most importantly, two of this month’s articles (Treat Illusions As You Would Any Other Lie: No Rolls and Growing the RPG Tradition) were included in this month’s issue of the Glatisant! Thank you so much to Ben Milton for the shout out! Here’s all eight of the articles I put out this month in case you missed any:

Another stellar month for dev logs, especially with the release of the three new supplements. Here’s the timeline:

Today is the last day for the Crowns 2e sales (50% off if you own the original 1st Edition, 10% off if you don’t)! If you were tempted to buy them at all, now’s your chance! The images below are linked to their respective sales, check them out!!!

50% OFF! (must own Crowns 1e)

10% OFF (no restrictions)

Next month I’m going to be spending a lot more time at my main job, so the rate of content updates will drop significantly. However, the blog will continue at the same rate with two posts a week (Mondays and Fridays).

The next major focus for Aketon is the Priestly Prayers one-pager (spoken about above) and for Crowns 2e its finishing out the spells, art, and monsters (same as usual). However, a lot of work has been done on that front so it’s very likely that the spells and art could be completely done at the end of April. For the monsters… we will see.

Thank you for reading!

Until we meet again,
